Maskonauts: Chat’Attack is developed and published by Quantity Bandit SAS – Montpellier B 894 599 182 – 73 allée Kléber 34000 Montpellier.
The term “application” applies to the application for mobiles or Android tablets and PC named « Maskonauts: Chat’Attack ». The term “Maskonauts: Chat’Attack server” applies to the software component developed by Quantity Bandit with which the application communicates.
Our privacy policies explain what data we collect from the application and the reasons for this collection, how we use that information and what third parties we could possibly disclose them to.
Intellectual Property
The game Maskonauts: Chat’Attack as well as all of its content and all other information contained therein are protected by French intellectual property law.
As such, any reproduction made without the agreement of quanty bandit, such as its registered trademarks, graphic elements and sounds, or any other original creation within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code, is prohibited.
Personal data we collect
We collect the connection identifier to the Twitch platform and the number named « token » in order to connect to the Twitch API. These data are stored in the user’s phone cache memory for a maximum of 30 days. They are neither shared nor sold to a third party.
Permissions requested by the application
Maskonauts: Chat’Attack requires the use of the mobile device or PC internet connexion to connect to the Twitch API.
Personal data not collected automatically
We only collect information in the event of your mobile failure when using the application.
The following informations are collected:
- The type of device used.
- The Android version used on the device.
- The mobile operator.
- The type of active connection (WiFi or mobile network),
- The crash-log describing in which section of the code the crash has occurred.
We do not collect any identifiable personal information. We do not sell, do not exchange or transfer these informations to third parties. However, Maskonauts: Chat’Attack relies on softwares provided by other publishers. Their privacy policies are therefore also applicable.
Personal data shared to third parties
The use of the application requires a Google account and a Twitch account. By using these accounts in the Maskonauts: Chat’Attack application, the user previously accepts the privacy policies of those third parties.
Analyze and statistics
To help us optimize the user experience and improve the quality of our application we work with analysis companies (Google Analytics, Unity and Unity Ads). Therefore, we might collect anonymous and aggregated data. However, no identification data is communicated to third parties.

Le terme “serveur Maskonauts: Chat’Attack” s’applique au composant logiciel développé par quanty bandit avec lequel communique l’Application.
Nos règles de confidentialité expliquent quelles données nous collectons depuis l’application et les raisons de cette collecte, comment nous utilisons ces informations et à quels tiers nous pourrions éventuellement les divulguer.
Propriété Intellectuelle
Le jeu Maskonauts: Chat’Attack ainsi que l’ensemble de son contenu et toutes autres informations y figurant sont protégés par le droit français de la propriété intellectuelle.
A ce titre, toute reproduction effectuée sans l’accord de quanty bandit, tel que ses marques déposées, ses éléments graphiques et sonores, ou toute autre création originale au sens du Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle, est prohibée.
Données personnelles que nous collectons
Nous collectons l’identifiant de connexion à la plateforme Twitch ainsi que le numéro dit « token » dans l’unique but de permettre la connexion à l’API Twitch.
Ces données sont stockées dans la mémoire cache du téléphone de l’utilisateur pour une durée maximale de 30 jours. Elles ne sont ni partagées ni vendues à un tiers.
La connexion au compte Twitch se fait via le serveur Maskonauts: Chat’Attack.
Permissions demandées par l’Application
Maskonaut’s: Chat’Attack requiert l’utilisation de la connexion internet de l’appareil mobile ou du PC pour se connecter à l’API Twitch.
Données personnelles non collectées automatiquement
Nous collectons uniquement des informations en cas de panne de votre mobile lors de l’utilisation de l’application.
Les informations suivantes sont collectées :
- Le type d’appareil utilisé.
- La version d’Android utilisée sur l’appareil.
- L’opérateur mobile.
- Le type de connexion active (wifi ou réseau mobile),
- Le crash-log décrivant dans quelle section du code le crash s’est produit.
Nous ne collectons aucune information personnelle identifiable. Nous ne vendons pas, n’échangeons ni ne transférons ces informations à des tiers. Cependant, Maskonauts: Chat’Attack s’appuie sur des logiciels fournis par d’autres éditeurs, leurs règles de confidentialité sont donc également applicables.
Données personnelles partagées aux Tiers
L’utilisation de l’application nécessite un compte Google et un compte Twitch. En utilisant ces comptes dans l’application Maskonauts: Chat’Attack, l’utilisateur accepte au préalable les politiques de confidentialité des dits Tiers.
